Who Should Attend Evaluations?
Evaluations are required only for the following players:
Players remaining in the same division from last season do not need to attend.
Why Are Evaluations Held?
Player evaluations are an important step in ensuring that each child is placed in the right division for their age and skill level. The goal is to provide the best possible baseball experience for every player—helping them learn, grow, and enjoy the game at a pace that matches their development.
While league age determines the starting point for placement, evaluations give coaches and league officials additional insight into each player’s readiness. Placement decisions are made with the child’s best interest in mind and are at the sole discretion of league officials.
What to Expect
Evaluations are not tryouts. Players will participate in drills where they demonstrate skills such as:

Hitting

Running/Speed
Coaches and league officials will also review past coaching feedback and take into account the player’s age. All of this information is used to place players in the appropriate division and help create balanced teams.
